Aaron Paul is opening up about the importance of art and what it means to him personally.
The 37-year-old Breaking Bad actor took to Instagram earlier this week to share his thoughts.
“Art. What a beautiful word,” he wrote along with the video below, showing off the work of painter Lola Gil. “That word sings to me. Maybe to us all. It means the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination. Typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.”
“I love art,” he went on. “And one of my favorite artists goes by the name of @lolagil. She’s beautiful inside and out and what she does with her mind and paintbrush is extraordinary. If you happen to be in the LA area tomorrow evening do yourself a favor and go check out her new show Outside In Doors. The opening is tomorrow but the show will be up for the next couple of months. The worlds she creates are magical and all you want to do is live inside of them. Congratulations lady! I couldn’t be more proud to be such a huge fan of yours. Good luck with the show tomorrow! Big hugs! ???? #Art #lolagil #magic.”
It was recently announced that Aaron will be playing whiskey icon Jack Daniel an upcoming drama series.
